  • Test JIG: This JIG checks all PCB’s of 3 Phase static Energy Meter after assembling. It checks all analog voltages of different sections, RS232 communication, RS485 Communication, Ethernet Communication, RTC calibration etc. and displays results of all test points on two parallel 16x2 LCD’s in auto scroll mode.
  • Embedded C Programming on 8-bit PIC18F87J50. Device Driver implementation: LCD, ADC, UART, RS485. Platform: MPLAB IDE, Proteus Professional.
  • Frequency Counter: This counter is used to measure frequency from 1MHz to 4.8MHz. Embedded C Programming on 8-bit PIC18F87J50. Platform: MPLAB IDE, Proteus Professional.
  • Android (Smart Phone) 3 Phase Energy Meter: This meter measures Total kWh, kvarh & kVAh Energy as well as Import, Export & Net Energy. All data from meter to Android app is transferred over wireless media using Bluetooth communication.
  • Embedded C Programming on 8-bit Maxim Controller 71M6543. Bluetooth Module: RN4677. Platform: uVision4, Proteus Professional.
  • RTC (Real Time Clock) calibration JIG: This JIG measures the actual clock from RTC (On Chip) and calculates the delta between actual clock and standard (desired) clock. Then it writes this calculated delta factors via RS485 communication in RTC registers to get the desired clock from RTC.
  • Embedded C Programming on 8 bit PIC18F87J50. Platform: MPLAB IDE, Proteus Professional.
