- Commissioning of Pellet Plant as an operational engineer, commissioning mainly includes, additive ore stabilization in mixing line, Balling formation in Balling disc and finally Indurations Furnace straight Gate Technology.
- Handling manpower, Quality related issues and taking care of shift problems with coordination Mech. dept. and elect dept.
- Process optimization both Dry Grinding & Wet Grinding Process maintained Grind & blaine no as per requirement. Close monitoring of all process parameter for smooth process stability.
- Mixing of the ground product in Paddle mixer, through Roto-feeder of 600 Tons capacity, this include mixing of bentonite, binder, coal slurry and iron ore slurry in proportion amount, maintaining adequate moisture for balling and furnace.
- Green balling of the mixed and blended product in Pelletization disc includes maintaining ball size by disc rpm and moisture.
- Additive mill by maintaining HAG temperature, bag house outlet temperature, bearing temperature, coal lime proportion ratio and monitoring on Blaine number
- Mixing of the iron filter cake in vertical & Horizontal mixer , this include mixing of bentonite, organic binder, coal lime and dry iron ore in proportion amount, maintaining adequate moisture for balling and furnace.
