Led the Direct Benefit Transfer portfolio for CIFF-supported Rajpusht Nutrition Program , driving operational planning, field monitoring, and data management. Designed beneficiary tracking, grievance redress systems, and SOPs for conditional cash transfers. Mentored field teams, developed pilot proposals, and guided government officials to ensure effective implementation and program scalability.

Led CSR initiatives across five Indian states, driving impactful societal engagement through strategic planning, resource mobilization, and project monitoring. Developed HR systems to build staff capacity, and strengthened training and research capabilities. Managed government relations, public-private partnerships, sponsorships, and branding, ensuring program sustainability and financial viability.

Led operational planning and execution of project strategies around Education, which is the focused domain of Bharti Foundation. Mentored teams to design action plans, annual work plans, and achieve results. Ensured timely, budget-compliant implementation while maintaining quality. Built partnerships with stakeholders like Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, resolved field issues, monitored expenses, reviewed reports, and represented Bharti Foundation in Rajasthan to advance its vision.

As the overall in-charge of Sightsavers' programs in Rajasthan, led initiatives in disability, avoidable blindness, inclusive livelihoods, and education, ensuring effective program development, grant management, and compliance with donor requirements. Created a unifying vision, motivated teams, allocated resources efficiently, and developed impactful, cost-effective programs in collaboration with government and partners. Successfully implemented state MoUs, nurtured government relationships for program sustainability.

Led CARE's Girls’ Education Program in Odisha for Tribal communities, improving teaching processes, teacher competencies, and girls' leadership through collaboration with government bodies and tribal communities. Developed community-based volunteer groups like Kishori Mandals and UDAAN, strengthened School Management Committees, and worked closely with SSA, SCERT, and civil society forums. Managed program design, partner selection, resource mobilization, and disaster relief efforts, contributing to CARE-India’s Girls’ Education strategies.

Oversaw livelihood and disaster preparedness initiatives in West Bengal for tribal communities, focusing on reducing vulnerability through income generation and micro-enterprise. Managed fundraising, partnerships, compliance, and liaised with ministries and external agencies while overseeing HR, budgeting, and administrative functions.

Led maternal, childcare, and nutrition initiatives to reduce infant mortality among Odisha's tribal communities, creating a volunteer cadre of Change Agents. Designed strategies to improve community practices, facilitated government liaison and advocacy, and strengthened ICDS and health services.

Documented best practices and case studies for the CYSD PLAN Project, supported the program team in developing program outlines, and assisted in creating journals and brochures to effectively communicate project achievements and strategies.
