  • Assists the complete team and shift staff in management of day to day operation by managing Labour-Costing, inventory, and developing the restaurant team.
  • Analyses sales, labour, inventory and controllable items on regular basis and takes corrective action to meet or achieve daily or weekly margin and sales growth targets.
  • Training (O.J.T.) and grooming of T.M.
