Imagine Billion app is developed for rural children to assess and improve their foundational skills mainly literacy and numeracy. As part of the program android tablets have been made available to 200 schools. These students are 4-8 year old kids, and traditional login mechanisms like username/password are not reliable. App use face identification and voice identification as the mechanism to identify students. This voice should be matched to one of the profiles saved in the app and the corresponding student identified. Each student may get a different tablet each day so they need to “login” to restore their learning progress.
