• Troubleshooting in the transmission domain, specifically in switches, in which the service provider provides end-to-end service of TV, data, and transmission-fixed telephony.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting in transmission.
• Basic knowledge about the alarms that occur on core PPI-LOS, PPI-ROS, LOR, LOC, and AIS.
• Engaged with teams like the field engineer and the Incident Management Team.
• Working on SDH/PDH transmission, under which you troubleshoot and resolve issues on fixed telephony, i.e., Nokia, ECI, Access, Switch, and Nortel tools, under the VMO2 project.
• Working on AI and Cloud projects.

Engineer.

• Service Alarm Monitoring and Ticket Management for All.
• Fault management and configuration of the 5G SA Core Network.
• Mainly focused on 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G standalone architecture.
• Support customer implementation in the domain of architecture, call flows, and design troubleshooting.
• To investigate faults and causes related to system and network problems.
• Hand-in-hand coordination with the project for network integration activities.
• To ensure correct working methodology, escalation, and customer handling.

Assistant Engineer:

• Planning and sending Access Service Requests (ASRs) for circuits to different local exchange carriers in the U.S. (AT&T, Verizon, etc.).
• Managing and meeting the dates for project completion as per the SLA.
• Create and design routing records on all LEC circuits, and also change bandwidth as per customer requirements.
• Interfaces with customers through the completion of tests and turn-ups.
