Fresenius Medical Care is a project aimed at improving dialysis treatment processes and patient care. It involves the development and optimization of dialysis equipment and patient monitoring systems for both clinical and home dialysis settings. The project includes three core applications: POL, TMON, and TSS.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
1. TMON Application (Initial Involvement)
Role: Screencapture Specialist
Collaborated in the development of a multilingual screencapture system for TMON.
Worked on automating the process to capture the clips which is used in user interface and training materials.
Worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across all translations.

2. TSS Application (Later Involvement)
Role: Screencapture Specialist, Helpline Support, Bug Fixes
Helpline Support: Managed and responded to helpline tickets, working to implement changes to existing reports or create new ones based on client requirements.
Utilized SQL queries to extract and modify data for report creation and customization.
Bug Fixes & Application Support: Involved in debugging and fixing issues in the TSS application, using C# .NET in a WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) environment following the MVVM design pattern.
Collaborated with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, and improved software quality.

Screencapture for TSS: Captured over 839 clips in one language for the Therapy Support Suite (TSS), a client-server application used by medical professionals for managing dialysis clinics.
