• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of debt financing options, assessing interest rates, terms and associated risks to identify optimal solutions.
• Prepare and present investment highlight presentations, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, visually engaging slide decks.
• Support in strategic decision-making and alignment with overall business goals.

Deal executives:

• Assist in setting up engagement documents, including Confidentiality Risk Assessment (CRA) and Engagement Risk Assessment (ERA), to mitigate risks and ensure compliance during transactions.
• Evaluate business valuations to assess financial health and identify potential risks, providing critical insights for decision-making.
• Review existing covenants and identified any breaches.
• Conduct thorough analyses to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, enhancing overall transaction integrity.
• Assist in preparing M&A sell side lender education presentations to present their business attractively to potential lenders
• Assist in the debt-raising process by preparing comprehensive presentations that clearly communicated financial strategies and funding requirements to potential lenders.
• Conduct thorough analyses of bidders, evaluating their terms to identify the most advantageous options for financing.
• Engage in negotiation discussions with lenders, leveraging data-driven insights to secure favorable terms and conditions for debt agreements.
• Participate in end-client calls to address queries and provide updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to facilitate information exchange and resolve client concerns promptly, enhancing overall client satisfaction
• Conduct shadow credit rating analyses utilising methodologies from Moody’s, S&P and Fitch to assess the creditworthiness of various entities
