• Good Knowledge & Troubleshooting about Machine. ie, HOWA DRILL CENTER, BROTHER VERTICAL MILLING, MAKINO DRILL CENTER, GRINDER (MICROMATIC), NISSIN SPECIAL M/C, INDEX, FUJI HONNING, MILLING M/C, INDUCTION HARDENING, FINE BORING (WIDMA), GUNDRILL (KENNAMETAL), THREAD ROLL, CHAMFERING ROBOTS, ROBOTIC WASHING, FINE BORING (SAKURAI), COBOT & GENTRY.
• Good Knowledge & Troubleshooting about PLC machine. ie, MARPOSS INSPECTION, LEAK TEST (U-TEC & SISCON), LASER MARKING.
• Good Knowledge & Troubleshooting about Press machine. ie, BEARING PRESS (HIND), VALVE GUIDE & SEAT PRESS, COTTER PRESS.
• Good Knowledge & Troubleshooting about Special Purpose Machine. ie, ANCHOR MODULE, PLUG PESS (IN HOUSE)
• Good Knowledge & Troubleshooting about NACHI Robots & FANUC Robots.
• Good Knowledge about Spindle change & Repair, LM Guide & Ball Screw change, GearBox Repair, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Cylinder Repair.
• RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsible for the frequency and level of maintenance.
• Have Good Knowledge of VMC, HMC & SPM Machines Maintenance.
• Operation of CNC, PLC Machines.
• Regular Preventive Maintenance activities of machine & daily patrolling check completed.
• Why-Why Analysis to reduced and eliminate repetition of through Why-why analysis.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools & Tackles which are used on daily activities.
• Machine Overhauling plan vs actual done in Shutdown for Increased the uptime of machines.
• System development for Reduced MTTR & Increased MTBF.
• Basic Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic system.
• Audit Document preparation EMS & QMS.
• In house spare modification and repairing with the help of tool room.
• Responsible to maintain safety stock, FIFO, ABC analysis for maintenance store inventory
• Spare localization.
• Arranging all required spares of yearly plant shutdown twice a year.
• 5S implementation.
