I-9 Processing

• Working on a critical, compliance-driven project focused on I-9 form processing to verify the employment eligibility of new hires, as per U.S. regulations.
• Implemented a pipeline where I-9 forms are sent to multiple OCR engines, and extracted data is validated against predefined business rules for accuracy and completeness.
• Designed logic to dynamically select the most accurate OCR engine based on confidence scores and form quality, ensuring high precision in document validation and compliance reporting.

Employee Load Tool (ELT)

• Developed and enhanced the Employee Load Tool, a key onboarding system responsible for seamlessly loading new employee records into the organization’s core platforms.
• Implemented processing of critical employee data, including tax deductions, goal deductions, personal information, compensation details, reporting structures, and document attachments.
• Integrated a Node.js-based validation engine to perform robust checks on all incoming data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity before system ingestion.

Client Transfers Tool

• Contributed to a core enterprise project that enables client transitions between business units (e.g., from Small Business to Large Business) as client needs evolve.
• Engineered data migration workflows to securely transfer critical employee data, including company property mappings, emergency contacts, talent profiles, and employee documents.
• Ensured data integrity and compliance by implementing validation rules, audit logs, and error handling during cross-business transitions, supporting a seamless and reliable transfer process.

Team Calendar and Insights Dashboard

• Developed a centralized calendar displaying team meetings, member leaves, public holidays, and important events, like birthdays and work anniversaries.
• Integrated with the existing Leave Management System to auto-sync and visualize real-time leave data.
• Enhanced team bonding and planning efficiency by offering availability insights, along with personal milestones tracking, in a clean dashboard view.

Leave Management System

• Designed and developed a robust Leave Management System to handle employee leave requests, approvals, rejections, and leave balance tracking.
• Implemented features for multiple leave types, such as casual, sick, earned, and optional leaves, with role-based workflows for managers and HR approvals.
• Included functionalities for real-time leave balance calculation, leave history tracking, email notifications, and holiday calendar integration.
