Responsible for handling the entire South., Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment & selection process, viz., understanding the requirements of various processes, sourcing right candidates, scheduling interview, negotiation, selection etc., Managing bulk hiring, recruitment's, support hiring & leadership with stipulated time-lines., Interviewing the applicant and try to analyze the ability, process knowledge, skill sets, and the behavior aspect that can be fit for the organization and job requirements., Screening of the profiles from the website as well as consultants for the particular requirement., Familiar with various channels of recruitments & sourcing., Team Handling., Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements., Provides complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position., Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers., Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers., Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company's compensation policy., Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting., Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required., To maintain a relationship with the resource agents to get the maximum out of them., Continuous follow-ups on the cases taken care by the vendor to get a faster result., Providing weekly feedbacks to the consultants on the status of the candidates sent by them., Conducting Recruitment Drives with Consultants on Timely basis., Forwarding the Invoices of consultants to the Payroll Department., Completing Paper documentation, filling the Joining Kit., Coordinating with bank personnel for opening of salary bank accounts of candidates., Doing HR induction of new joiners, making them aware about company policies, job roles, benefits for them, growth path, expectation from company side, maintaining new joiner induction feedback trackers., Handover of Batch to the Trainer Taking daily feedback from new joiners about training and do hand holding., Managing Joining Formalities & Preparation of Offer & Appointment, Confirmation, Warning and Termination Letter., Collecting Feedback and analysis., Planning and conducting birthday parties/ cake cutting ceremony for employees across functions on monthly basis and ensure maximum participation on such event date., Wishing Official staff and SA/ Associate on their birthdays and marriage anniversary through birthday emailers and on what's app group., Conducting indoor play activities such as carom / ludo / chess/ antakshari in leisure time without hampering their routine work., Planning venue and other related stuffs for monthly Fun @ Work event at city level and ensure maximum participation of all employees., Coordinating with city admin/ city head to make Fun @Work a successful and memorable event at city level., Organising Festival celebration with theme decoration of office branch, encouraging employees to participate in festive theme dressing and participating in any dress- photo contest launched by corporate engagement teams and sharing best clicked photographs with EE team., Organising cricket tournaments/ OCL/Yoga Sessions/ Mega Morning Meeting/ Cross Functional., Discussing employee growth in the company and encouraging them for suitable job roles to retain talent within organisation., Interacting with other city HRS's and other stakeholders for considering genuine transfer request within cities to avoid any voluntary exits rising out of job location issues., Discussing market trends with resigning employees to make them aware about importance of working with brand name and our benefits in comparison to other competitors to reduce voluntary resignations., Proactively coordinating with employees who may get abscond and resolve their possible issues to make them continue to work., Ensuring proper exit process shall happen, exit interviews, proper assets handover and other documentation and sharing it with concerned SPOC., No Dues Form filling and sharing it to the concerned SPOC in timely manner., Maintaining Exit MIS., Coordination with HR Ops and myHR team for timely payment of FNF amount and addressing employee queries for FNF/retrieval of educational docs/Relieving letter/PF Form filling/UAN Activation/PF withdrawal., Ensuring proper documentation and smooth execution of exit formalities in case of surplus release as this must be handle with utmost care to avoid any compliance/labour issues.
