• Plant having 4 kiln and 4 cement mills with 11 MTPA Clinker production capacity. Unit is established in technical collaboration with ThyssenKrupp and Pfeiffer Ltd of Germany.
• Worked as Section engineer for Pyro section.
• Maintaining spares, backups and handling complete responsibilities ssection engineer in Pyro section.
• Responsible for analyzing & solving the problems, breakdown maintenance planning & shut down activities of Pyro sections.
• Daily review of maintenance activities, schedule calibration of instruments & preventive, predictive maintenance plans.
• Execution of Capex and Opex jobs since procurement to commissioning and start up.
• Department ISO coordinator responsible for all activities and responsible for requirement of ISO certification and ensure No NC during audit. Also certified internal ISO auditor
• Maintaining history records, database, etc., handling procurement of materials / spares for Instrument equipment/ installation in ERP system.
• Review of annual stores and spare, contractual manpower, and Contractual jobs, AMC budget and maintaining same.
• Part of Line 3 commissioning team Commissioned Kiln feed, Coal firing system, Analyzers, shell scanner, Kiln Field and Pre-heater field Inst.
• Also part of Badnawar grinding unit project commissioning.

• Handled various Cement plants Projects for commissioning and erection of weighing systems supplied by FLS Pfister's
• Erection and commissioning and successful load trail and PG completion of system supplied by company.
• Co-ordination with client, consultant, contractor throughout entire Projects development phase, Attending meetings. Coordinates with operations and safety personnel to obtain work permit for planned work to be carried out during Commissioning Stage.
• Visit sites in Emergency breakdowns and routine maintenance visits.
