-Operations & Maintenance of Downhill Conveyor of 3.56 Kilometer (Single flight) with 08 Horizontal curves and 01 Vertical curve of Capacity 2000TPH .

-Managing a team of Executives and guiding site staff members to address & resolve performance bottlenecks. Planning of Spares, Inspection and Shutdown related activities for both Crushing and Downhill plants.

-Working on succession planning of the workforce, shift management activities, KPI's, appraising the member’s Performance & providing feedback.

-Resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment.

-Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.

-Preparing & implementing operating procedures and work instructions; managing and handling the process and maintenance flow with SAP-PP & SAP-PM modules.

-Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Coal conveying system from Stacking circuit to Reclaiming circuit.

VSP 6.3 MTPA EXPANSION PROJECT , Visakhapatnam Steel Plant project:

-Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Wheel on Boom Reclaimer, Twin Boom Stacker and Blender Reclaimer completely hot and cold commissioned.

-Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of equipment’s like Belt conveyors, Shuttle conveyors, High angle conveyor for coke processing, Reversible conveyors, Apron Feeder, weighing feeders, Vibro feeder , Retractable belt feeders which are feeding to Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant, Thermal Power Plant and SMS.

-Rechecked the technological drawings with plant’s as built drawings in order to satisfy new and existing equipment’s maintenance area.

-Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of equipments in Pelletizing Plant –Pelletizer, Furnace for Sinter Mixing, Chain driven Apron Feeders for Conveying material, Roller Screens, Rotary Drying Machines, Disc Filters .

-Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Compressors and Blowers for dust suppression system In Pelletizer plant.

-Interface checking of drawings with respect to technical specification and B.O.M for Conveying, Screening and Crushing systems.

-Providing Technical assistance for Raw material handling project

-Providing technical assistance by Reviewing and Studying Shop Drawings of equipment to be installed and to assure the equipment meets or exceeds the specifications

GANGAVARAM PORT EXPANSION PROJECT:

-Coordinating with Customer, Consultant & internal project on day today basis for various purposes like drawing approvals, working & specifications, arranging Inspection, Supply of material to site, Material receiving and testing as per the relevant Material specifications etc.

-CO-Ordinate with project team towards successful & timely completion of Projects.

-Execution of projects with allocated budgets & time.

-Resource planning for the project execution & planning & reviewing schedule.

-Planning target dates of the job and ensuring them to be completed within time.

-Micro level planning at site for every activity.
