- To organize and oversee inspections to manage integrity programs to ensure that plant facilities. Such as pipelines, equipment, and piping systems are remained in good condition.

- Review inspection data, analyze results, and assess remaining equipment life (fitness-for-service) and recommend repair or replacement methods.
- Preparing Circuitization & Strategies for the systems using Piping Circuitization Base Memorandum (PCBM) and Equipment Strategy Base Memorandum (ESBM).
- Perform Risk analysis using RBI approach for establishing optimal Inspection intervals.
- Leveraging Engineering expertise to assess potential damage mechanisms.
- Ensuring effective strategies are implemented to enhance equipment reliability and safety.
- To drive and oversee Integrity Engineers in executing overflows with a focus on quality at scale.
- Assessing the Probability (POF) and Consequence of failure (COF) using Inspection reports, Equipment degradation documents and consequence assessment process (CAP).

- To ensure timely completion of required strategy by follow-ups with plant Console Leads & Maintenance team for Process Piping and Static Equipment’s.
- Reviews equipment performance trends, Update Failure modes and Risk calculations based on inspections and equipment failure data, Equipment data collection like PFDs, P&IDs.
- Validate the collected Data and prepare a base for Equipment strategies development, Refresh and Evergreen. Ensure correct inputs into CREDO software
- Conducted regular performance reviews meetings with vendors, identifying areas for improvement and increasing supplier quality. Monitored supplier performance using KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality, and pricing, and initiated corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborated with internal departments to forecast procurement needs, ensuring timely and cost- effective sourcing of materials.
