Portable Water Tank Cleaner [B. Tech Project, Dec 2022 - Apr 2023]
• Designed and developed a portable, fully autonomous cleaning prototype for cylindrical water tanks, removing the need for manual cleaning.
• Engineered relay-based control systems to manage gantry swing and linear motion, significantly improving the system’s cleaning efficiency.
• Programmed an Arduino Nano to control a stepper motor, enabling smooth and precise vertical movement of an adjustable spring shaft.
• Created high-precision 3D models using Autodesk Fusion 360 for external design and SolidWorks for internal mechanisms, ensuring seamless functionality within water tanks.
• Optimized both internal and external components through advanced modeling in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, achieving comprehensive design validation and multi-angle cleaning capability.
