• Working as an ETL Developer, part of the Product lifecycle management team, responsible for developing, migrating & maintaining ETL Processes ensuring clarity & facilitating future maintenance.
• Hands-on development experience including designing and implementing ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), DataStage & Informatica.
• Successfully completed multiple projects including migrations from DataStage to Informatica, SSIS 2012 to 2022, DataStage 11.3 to 11.7 contributing to the timely and efficient transition to updated ETL platforms.
• Resolved complex issues related to ETL process through debugging existing code or writing new programs, performed troubleshooting of existing production jobs when needed.
• Optimized ETL processes for performance & scalability, reducing data processing time & collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and integration.

Automation work & Key Achievements:

• Designed Automated Email Notification System using SSIS which streamlined the manual process of sending email notifications regarding remediated software, resulting in significant time savings and increased operational efficiency. Integrated the SSIS package within internal team's database to fetch relevant data on remediated software. Implemented error handling and logging mechanisms within the SSIS package to ensure robustness and traceability of the automation process.
• Developed comprehensive Power BI reports to track and visualize attendance data for internal teams within the organization. Designed and implemented interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to provide actionable insights into attendance patterns and trends.
• Successfully redesigned jobs to address deprecated features/stages in DataStage 11.7, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing processes and to accommodate platform upgrades.
