• To plan and achieve the production volumes with approved quality as per schedule target.
• Involved in Research & Development, analysis of market sample of competitor
• To ensure all production shift activities are complied with in order to achieve daily targeted production in time
• Check the process recipes and confirm the raw and packing materials availability before charging the batch
• To maintain process parameters and ensure correctness on input of every batch and conduct deviation analysis for all deviation in raw material charging and process and supervise the follow up of process details by workman
• Managing the manpower of Production Department as per shift wise

• Daily production report to production manager as well as m/c breakdown report.
• Preventive & Breakdown maintenance knowledge.
• To continue and maintain the quality of running product.
• To maintain process parameters and ensure correctness on input of every batch and conduct deviation analysis for all deviation in raw material charging and process and supervise the follow up of process details by workman
• Knowledge of operations process of Extrusion machine and Injection molding Process.
