Brief Description of KRA's

  • Regular maintenance of the infrastructure in terms of cleanliness and renovation works etc.
  • Dealing with the issues related to Electricity supply, telephone and internet facilities at all the locations.
  • Locating land surveys to open new schools.
  • Construction of new buildings at different locations as required.
  • Alignment with all security agencies of different campuses

  • Day-to-day routine follow ups for all admin related issues of each location.
  • Preparation of Academic & Administration Annual budget for management approval
  • Coordination with Head of Schools and In charges for their annual requirement.
  • Ensure and monitor the financial execution of activities within the approved budget.
  • Supervising fee collection at all locations
  • Coordinate with the PTA members in order to get the fee structure sanctioned.
