• Prepare complete PPAP documentation (including Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Dimensional Reports), and coordinate with plant quality teams to ensure timely closure of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance activities including Process Capability Studies (Cp, Cpk), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Process Audits, Product Audits, and Layered Process Audits to ensure process stability, measurement accuracy, and compliance with quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
• Perform calibration and validation of inspection gauges, plug gauges, and measuring instruments to ensure measurement accuracy, traceability to national/international standards, and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Prepare detailed layout reports by accurately measuring product dimensions against engineering drawings using a range of precision measuring instruments, ensuring dimensional compliance and supporting quality control processes.
• Finalize gauge and fixture concepts and develope inspection methods for precise measurement of New Product Development (NPD) parts, ensuring accurate validation of design specifications and manufacturability.
• Increase customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
• Conduct comprehensive Measurement System Analysis (MSA) including Attribute, Variable, and Fleiss’ Kappa studies to evaluate measurement system accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility, ensuring data reliability for quality decision-making.

• Conducte on-site inspections at customer facilities, effectively managing customer interactions and clearly communicating work progress, findings, and resolution plans to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue closure.
• Lead a team to maintain strong relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and developing new customer opportunities, driving business growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and consistently following up to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports tailored to customer requirements, ensuring data integrity through thorough verification before submission to support transparent communication and customer satisfaction.
