- Process Sales Order in system after PO placement from Customer end
- Process Warranty, FOC, Sale return and Claim Orders in system
- Assist Dealers and Regional Sales team in all aspects of Order processing
- Handle Customer queries related to Sale order
- Resolve Customer complaints on immediate basis
- Coordinate with warehouse team for allocating stock in Sale Order in system
- Coordinate with Finance team for releasing PI after payment done by Customer
- Create shipment for Paid Performa Invoice which are not auto created in system
- Create Quotation in system for discount-based orders
- Initiate STO request to Planning team in case of Inventory shortage in respective warehouse
- Daily action on open orders
- Coordinate with 3PL team for warehouse operations like from Pick, Pack of material to final dispatch
- Coordinate with Transporters for picking shipments from warehouse and till delivery at customer end
- Check and process customer claims in KIOSC portal (Kohler Integrated Ordering System for Customers).
