a) Unhealthy Inventory management:
Created a plan to liquidate the excess inventory & negotiated return to vendor contract to reduce unhealthy inventory and optimize working capital. We achieved the goal of reducing the unhealthy inventory from 27% to under 15% in a span of 3 months.
b) ART/event Management: POC for managing the Amazon ART/Event operations & pricing projects, identified priorities to delivering strategic goal for the event & delivered 106% vs the goal.
c) Managing the GV metric (Glance view) for the Toys GL: Analyze the WoW trend & share the action item with the team /Brand to achieve the monthly goal of 20% (P3P).
