ROLES & R ESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing the wear monitoring work for the wearable consumable products such as crushers, Feed box, Chutes etc and frame report
• Processing the scans using FARO SCENE and pre-align them initially
• Using Polyworks and Geomagic tool to analyse the wear patterns, based on the wear rates obtained produce forecast report
• Perform First Article Inspection and reverse engineering on wear consumables products such as mill liners and concaves
• Specialized in performing various reverse engineering related works for Bradken.

• Coordinate With Teardown Team To Collect The Input Based On Project Scope & Documentation For 3D Modeling.
• Expertise In 3D Compare , 2D Compare , GD & T, Boundary Deviation, Plot Analysis & Air foil Analysis
• Processing The Point Cloud, Data Conversion, Nurbs Modeling Using Geomagic Wrap & Design X
• Experience in SCAN to BIM Modeling Using Geomagic Design X and Autodesk Inventor
• Reading Technical Drawings With GD&T To Create Inspection Report Using Geomagic Control X

• CAFEP: To Perform a 3D CAD conversion (Reverse Engineering) with “Customized Parametric CAD” for Virtual Layout Engineering of an Automobile Engine Plant with Area of 73,000 m2 by using Factory CAD, Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD.
