• Request, CEM to validate the request and move on to intake process, assign owner to resolve the problem, complete action and respond back to the ticket owner

• This team is a part of the Global Reconciliation Unit for the EMEA region
• Checking if the statements and balances are proper for all accounts to ensure that reconciliation can happen smoothly.

• This project belongs to the fraud division of the debit cards client research unit
• This project deals with the customer account fraud part based on the customers’ request/enquiry
• This application is used to keep track of each customer by customer based on their card number which is linked with each account
• This will give the confirmed summary of transactions for each card holder with respect to the amount, transaction date and the location in which the money is debited.

• Ensure team does not burn out due to heavy work and assign resources accordingly for various work
