Summary:
TSYS customer Service Application (TCS) is an Omni Channel call center application that takes the case through multiple channel like Phone, research, Chat, Branch, API, SelfService.It is a one stop solution for card users Account Servicing and dispute resolution build using combined framework of PEGA CPM and Smart Dispute for Issuer Framework. The Application is designed to run on a TCS proprietary configuration /Business Rule engine with a motive of reduced development and Implementation and put more control over in the hands of business.
Roles & Responsibility :
The Exception Processing (XP) system is an application which automats to manage dispute and fraud cases for debit cards. All chargeback’s, adjustments, reversals will flow through this system. Exception Processing makes dispute processing easy. Automated straight-through processing resolves many routine dispute transactions with minimal human intervention. Exception Processing eliminates many manual tasks, allowing you to focus on complex cases and areas where you add the most value to the business. The Exception Processing application is built on Pega PRPC Smart Dispute framework to handle and mange the fraud and dispute case. This project is an application development and maintenance project starting with requirements gathering, application design, application development, testing, implementation, user training and post implementation support. The system will be developed using the Agile Development Methodology.
Roles & Responsibility:
TURF is referred as TransUnion routing facility. The TURF offering several fraud products, score models, and indicative information to its customers. TURF is a router component, which analyses the request split and delegate the request to different product. The TURF processes the request and gets the vendor data from external providers or from OCS. Finally it will combine the score along with the response for the product requested and deliver to it customer.
Challenges involved in interacting with several third party products deliver them as a single response.
