• Planning a network to establish new ring formation with available feasibility.
• Diagnosed network problems involving combination of hardware, software, power and communications
issues.
• Testing Network Connectivity fiber cables using Laser, Power meter and OTDR.
• Worked with sustaining engineering teams to investigate and resolve software and hardware defects.
• Monitoring Equipment device using solar winds.
• Maintain redundancy strategies of WAN switches.

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting router related issues and configuration of router like enabling static IP, DHCP and PPPoE.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
