Founded and led AdviceSync Consulting, a firm specializing in Consulting, Engineering, and IT services across domains including Healthcare, Banking & Finance, Energy, and Manufacturing.

Grew and managed a team of 200 professionals across multiple service lines.

Engineered and deployed an integrated customer management solution for a major Electricity Board in Maharashtra, India, delivering systems for e-CRM, CFC, and Load Management and deploying a team of 400+ resources to manage customer interfaces.

Developed an SAP-integrated Field Force Management Solution (FFMS) for iOS/Android for a world's leading Indian multinational biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals company, enabling a mobile workforce of 700+ users and providing a real-time management dashboard for sales and resource monitoring.

Spearheaded the development of Tygris ERP, a SaaS platform built on Java 8, Spring Framework, and SQL Server, and hosted on AWS. The solution was successfully deployed to over 110 small-to-medium manufacturing customers in India.

Served as a corporate trainer, developing and delivering curricula on technologies including Java, J2EE, CORBA, WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere.

Trained resources for prominent technology companies such as Cognizant, Siemens, Zensar, DSQ, and Infosys.
