Project Name: New Distribution Capability (NDC)

Key Accomplishments:

• Designed and developed different NDC APIs which are being consumed by different agents/aggregators.
• Built and deployed API gateway layer using Spring cloud netflix-zuul.
• Designed and built API for storing/retrieving the customer search data in ELK cluster and the API is hosted in AWS lambda service.
• Designed and built CI/CD pipeline for release process using Gitlab.
• Designed and built multiple AWS stacks using terraform and using AWS console.
• Designed, developed and deployed ELK cluster in AWS along with the team.
• Conducted API performance testing using Jmeter targeting a constant load of 750 transaction per second.
• Analyzed existing architecture of website hosted Azure environment and designed an effective architecture based on AWS environment and Contentful CMS.

Project Name: Customer First Intelligent Integration

Key Accomplishments:

• Seamless migration of World Tracer services in a span of 4 months (which is almost 33% savings over the similar kind of migration done earlier for British Airways).
• All these API operations are pass through operation between a provider and consumer like Salesforce, World tracer, iPurser etc.
• Build java component to add as an plug in in ETL to process the batch data and store is as table data.
• Received Star of the Quarter for efficiently delivering 36 services (with a defect density < 1%) in agreed timeline despite linguistic and work culture differences.
• Received CSS of 100%.
• This project being the first one for Iberia has opened up avenues for future collaborations.

Project Name: CM FLY DCS Application

Key Accomplishments:

• Build the custom java libraries and integrated with UI tool (QIK) to improve the UI design & performance
• Developed a stand-alone application called FLY, for departure control activities like acceptance, boarding, FMU, lounges screens etc
• Integrated the FLY application with underlying SOAP services and also implemented a real time update solution called EDA (Event Driven Architecture)
• Delivered the application on-time by conducting Show and Tell sessions with Business Analyst, SMEs and other stack holders
• Involved in the implementation of FLY application in all BA flying destinations as part of extended live support
• Implemented FLY application across all the airports where BA flights were operated
