• As a Treasury Head -& Money Market and Forex Treasury Officer I performed following functions - Liquidity management including EU liquidity standards , LCR & NSFR, German regulatory framework, Asset Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity Management, Interest Rate & Forex Risk Management , Repos , SWAP, Remittances Business , reporting to the Bank Management and Risk Committee. After completing a 4.5 years of international assignment at Frankfurt, I have recently repatriated to India. In recognition of my performance during this tenure, I was elevated to the position of AGM this year.

As Branch Head of the Industrial SME Branch, I was responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and overseeing a broad range of functions, including Export and Project Finance, Retail and Mortgage lending, and overall branch operations. My role also involved ensuring compliance with FEMA regulations, managing Credit Risk Management (CRM) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) frameworks, and maintaining high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance across all business verticals.

As Relationship Manager – Treasury, I was responsible for conducting market analysis and preparing insightful reports to support strategic decision-making. I advised clients on the use of hedging instruments and derivatives to manage currency and interest rate risks, while also providing tailored financial solutions. My role required active client consultation and relationship management to ensure alignment with their treasury and risk management objectives.

Handled a portfolio of export and project finance. Managed branch operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency and service quality.
