1.To monitor the overall processing activity performed and maintenance of log sheet for them.
2. Maintaining the cGMP practices in processing, packaging and material movement.
3. Filling of processing BMR to preparation, updating & revised SOPs related to Processing.
4. Shift handling as per Production Plan.
5. Daily entry and checking of production activity logs in the ERP.
6. Sending requisition to Store department for procurement of RM/PM/IM through ERP requisition & issuance from stores to processing and its cross check.
7. Responsible for all Washing and Siliconization & Needle Bonding activities.
8. To provide training to all workmen and staff of processing as per SOP and keeping record for the same.
9. Provide assistance in improving the yield of all machineries and outputs, control rejections at all stages of processing.
10. Provide assistance in dispatch and packing of material.
11. Handling and preparation of samples to be sent to customer as per information.

2. Sales and customer service – I have to responsible for interacting with customers, answering their questions about building materials, and helping them find the products they need. I have also be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive excellent customer service and are satisfied with their purchases.
3. Marketing and advertising – I have to responsible for developing marketing and advertising strategies to promote your building material shop to potential customers.
4. Managing staff – I have to responsible for managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
5. Financial management – I have to responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business, including setting prices, managing expenses, and ensuring that the store is profitable.
6. Maintaining the store – I have to responsible for ensuring that the building material shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and that all equipment is in good working order.
7. Staying up to date with industry trends - I need have to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the building materials industry, including new products, materials, and technologies.
