Working closely with Cluster Manager for develop and implement manpower plan and budget and LFL positive store.
Working closely with the RMLs to set targets for each family and achieve it every WBR and MBR
Interviewing skills
Every month on 1st Saturday or Sunday conducting staff welfare RNR.
Conducting the LMS modules and PSO training with trainer for Empowered employees.
Ensure store layout is in line with store planograms and visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines
As per latest Standardization version implement the store merchandise and SOH.
Always ensuring my store is operating under company SOP
Achieve No’s - TGT Vs. Ach, RCP, Attachment, EOL, and other ops KPI
Customer Experience - VOC - Participation, score, SQA, complaints, Inventory Taking care.
Store profitability, Competition, Jio Business - activations, Recharges.
P&L, SPICE/ MBR/ WBR, Competition No’s, Beat plan
