Job KRA:
 Responsible for overall store operations for smooth functioning of the store.

 As per latest Standardization version implement the store merchandise and SOH.
 Always ensuring my store is operating under company SOP
 Achieve No’s - TGT Vs. Ach, RCP, Attachment, EOL, and other ops KPI
 Customer Experience - VOC - Participation, score, SQA, complaints, Inventory Taking care.
 Store profitability, Competition, Jio Business - activations, Recharges.
