As a Team Leader – AV CAD Drafting, I oversee the development of detailed 2D AV drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client standards. I collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality floor plans, elevations, sections, and system layouts. In addition to technical responsibilities, I lead a team of CAD technicians—assigning tasks, reviewing output, mentoring junior members, and managing timelines. I also handle project coordination, documentation, and workflow optimization to support efficient delivery and continuous improvement across the department.

• Coordinate with Internal Team and/or Client to produce 2D CAD drawings using Autocad Software
• Working knowledge of Architectural floor plans and Construction Documents
• Produce Audio Visual Plans, Elevations, sections and details drawings per client requirements
• Consult with his supervisor and/or Client to determine the architectural and installation requirements for assigned project and to discuss any issues arising out of the processes
• Seek design information from Client to ensure the smooth flow of the Preliminary and final drawing process
• Keeping up with related latest architectural and Audio Visual technologies
• Meets agreed deadlines and task benchmarks set by Client/ Department Head
• Document and keep client directory of drawings, blocks, legend and details up to date
• Maintain CAD models and database of library of products
• Perform other duties as deems necessary by your supervisor
• Contribute effort to achieve company-wide objectives in terms of yield, output quality and delivery time
