SIMO Creo(May-22 to Feb-23)

• To import Creo data from PDMLink (exported to Shared folder) to Teamcenter. It involves analysis of the import methodologies, JT generation options, metrics for time taken to import and overcome any other challenges discovered.
• Installation of Teamcenter client, Creo, Ipem. Dispatcher configuration, Teamcenter Vis Configuration & Attribute Mapping.
• Data importing from Creo Integration to Teamcenter.
• Resolve Different Import Errors such as import validation, Regeneration, Outdated placement Errors.
• Validation of imported data.
• Worked on Access manager, Structure manager, Workflow, Organization and Query builder for different Purposes to meet business requirements.
• Utility to create User report, Admin report.
• Utility to create multiple creo dataset & BOM skeleton Report which used to find JT availability.

• Hands-on experience in installation and configuration of Teamcenter, NX, and their integration.
• Configured data models, application modules, workflows, structure manager, query builder, access manager, and PLM XML as per business requirements.
• Performed server-side customization using ITK extensions including pre-conditions and post-actions.
• Installed and configured Active Workspace Client (AWC), Creo, IPEM, dispatcher, and Teamcenter Visualization with attribute mapping.
