Internship at GUJARAT STATE ELECTRICITY CORPORATION LTD., Gandhinagar, Gujarat, During my internship at power station I learned about different departments of power plant like boiler department, turbine department, ash plant and some other departments and learned how electricity is being produced. I also learned about different types of equipments used in power plant.
Projects
Automatic Garage Door Opener, In this project we made a system that can be fitted on the Garage's door and then the door will automatically open when it detects the car is coming. We used heat sensors to make it work. It is work as per programme. We use microcontroller named Arduino for controlling of this system Study of IBR Fire Tube Boiler, In this project I study about fire tube boiler's design, its manufacturing procedure different welding technique, different types of tests like DP Test, Destructive test, Pneumatic test and also learn about different IBR rules and regulations. I also learn about different boiler accessories during this project. Contactless Eddy Braking System, This is one type of braking system. This is a contactless brake. This is a frictionless brake. In this project with help of the magnetic field brake is applied. Magnetic field is generated in magnetic coil with eddy current. This type of brake is very useful in Tram, Roller coaster.
