• Over the past five years, I have worked on a diverse range of projects, including railway stations, schools, colleges, assembly buildings, interiors, public buildings, heritage centers, bus terminals, and more. As a Project Architect, I have been actively involved from concept to handover, ensuring design quality, compliance, and seamless execution.
• Developed conceptual and schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, and design options aligned with regional context, materials, and client requirements.
• Produced 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations to clearly convey design intent to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepared presentations for client and authority meetings, ensuring clarity of vision, and alignment with project goals.
• Coordinated closely with MEP, structural, and site engineers, as well as external vendors such as lift and escalator suppliers, and façade consultants, to avoid discrepancies and ensure smooth progress.
• Produced good for construction (GFC) drawings and provided guidance to junior architects for accurate site execution.
• Participated in regular design and approval meetings with project management (PMS) teams for streamlined decision-making.
• Ensured compliance with NBC codes, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and anthropometric considerations.
• Supervised on-site execution through regular site visits and extended stays at project sites to monitor construction quality and address design challenges promptly.
• Maintained comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of drawings, specifications, contracts, and official correspondence.
