Publish engagement level monthly security matrix and further identify new measurement criteria in consultation with customer to enhance the effectiveness of such a matrix.
  • 3. Vulnerability and Threat Management:
  • A. Review and analysis weekly reports from firewall and IPS. B. Enforce industry standard security controls like authentication of IDs under dual control, Laptop encryption, VPN connectivity to customer provided application etc. C. Ensure compliance to change and incident management process by all engagement staff. D. Ensuring Legal and corporate compliance are adhered to for all projects in the engagement. E. Conduct Information security training session for management, staff and security personnel.
  • 4. Project Management:
  • A. Co-ordination with customer’s operations team (Japan) for addressing project related grievances and bottle neck.
  • Vendor Management and ensure for SLA sign-up. B. Customer provided and HCL procured Asset & Inventory management. C. Maintaining balance between cost & level of service of the Facility Management team. D. Control and facilitate all project specific procurement in the engagement. E. Conduct monthly senior level engagement review on financial and project health.

  • I have been instrumental in setting up the systems department single handedly for HT Media limited at Mohali printing facility from its inception.
