Software skills: word, excel, power point, Task manager Microsoft project (MSP), SAP, and Mind mapping.
· Facility commissioning (Fuel Farm & ITP ): Effective project portfolio management in all domain for successful commissioning of Muscat Fuel farm and Muscat ITP.
· Fuel Farm start up: Support organization in every aspect to safe start-up of Fuel farm operations.
· Equipment Commissioning: Coordinate Commissioning of hydrant dispenser, Refuelers, pit cleaner etc.
· SOP design and testing : Prepare all necessary SOP`S of the organization such as operations procedure of new equipment, SCADA automation, tank truck decantation, change of process equipment, contract document(MOU), blind spot mapping, visitors induction, review of ERP as per location, test rig operating procedure, Refuelers loading procedure, , hazard effect management (HEMP), tank release procedure through SCADA etc.
· Documentation control and preparation: Contract document preparation, MOM, commissioning report, HSSE logs, and control over all project and operational document.
· Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross functional teams for all kinds of support, delivery and outcomes.
· Daily operations & maintenance: Handle daily operations such as control room operations, fuel delivery, daily quality control, fuel shipment review, stock control and delay free courteous service to the customer.
· Report preparation: Project status report, delay report, retrospective analysis, DPR,closing report, risk registers, lesson learned, MOM, project tracker, HSSE risk analysis etc.
· Health & Safety Coordination: Act as a focal point of the entire health and safety team.
· Training and development : provide various training to the ITP and fuel farm operators such as aircraft refueling, bowser loading, work clearance officer, fatigue management etc.
· Audit and inspection: Support organization in all types of audit such as asset integrity and process safety, different airlines, LOD1, 2&3, JIG audit and IATA audImproved customer satisfaction with timely response to inquiries, addressing concerns, and finding effective solutions.
· Aircraft refuelling : Do all kind of aircraft refuelling and provide delay free courteous service to the customer
· Daily operations and Shift management: flight allotment in timely manner as per the operation challenges.
· Overall ITP Coordination: Act as an operations coordinator to ensure all flights are refuelled in a timely manner, ensure all kind of facility management, HSE coordination, audits etc
· Reporting: Manage daily reporting such as daily sales report, bowser stock report, violation report, inspection report etc.
· Commissioning: Commission extended apron area and new bowser, dispenser and pit cleaner etc.
· Commissioning : New Delhi hydrant pipeline commissioning in for new terminal 3 airport
· Aircraft refuelling: Refuel all kind of aircraft at Bangalore and New Delhi airport in a safely manner.
· Shift management: Flight allotment, support shift managers etc.
· Vehicle fleet management, customer handling, job card opening, Vehicle testing, front office management etc
