Playing a lead role in application development projects with customers.

Delivering talk to various national and international conferences.

• Analyzing customer samples and performing customer demonstrations in Sciex, Gurgaon facility.
• Support customers in wide range of proteomics - nano LC-MS applications, including research and routine, qualitative and quantitative proteomics.
• Support customers in various metabolomics and lipidomics analyses.
• Using various data processing software to assist in interpreting results and troubleshooting.
• Provide in-house and on-site customer training.
• Perform pre-sales presentations to determine customer requirements in application of proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and oligonucleotide.
• Collaborate with manager, sales team members, and other application and technical support personnel.
• Attend/participate in conferences, seminars, and give presentations as required to generate scientific interest in Sciex solutions.
• Generate data and support materials for posters, presentations, and publications.
• In constantly evolving business world, one must be responsive to, plan for, and embrace change.

• Deliver high quality support to users to drive customer satisfaction, leading to development, nurturing and retention of key customer base.
• Plan and deliver training courses, provide phone, web and in-lab technical support of LC-MS products and monitor customer satisfaction through regular contact with key accounts.

· Pre-sales demonstration of Sciex instruments and workflows. This will include working with sales teams on the qualification of customers, sales strategy, the development of new LC-MS based analytical methods, and generation of demonstration reports.

• Prepare and/or deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at scientific conferences.
• Prepare technical documents and articles for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Maximize instrument usage to meet productivity targets and contribute to win rate.
• Conduct and deliver regular trainings/refreshers for sales and service teams.
• Coach junior members of the team.
• Provide market intelligence and updates on ongoing trends in the defined vertical segment.
