Key Responsibility as part of Settlements and CSDR Settlement Controls:

• Managing daily analysis of CSDR penalty trades to avoid penalties and ensuring timely resolution of securities.
• Daily root cause analyzing for Pilfered trades, preparing report and ensuring to pass penalty to responsible party.
• Managed over-threshold trades and reconciling, under guidance of CSDR compliance.
• Prepare Monthly and Daily reports on the penalized trades and raising funding request to Treasury team.
• Validated and implemented SSI for new and existing client, ensuring compliance and smooth trade settlement.
• Supported Settlement operations by coordinating trade processing, resolving exceptions and Fail trades.
• Proficient with SWIFT messages MT540, MT541, MT542, MT543 and MT548 TLM, Euroclear, Easyway web based application.
• Assisted new employee integration and conducted cross training sessions to enhance team efficiency and skill coverage.

Key Responsibility as part of Settlement:

• As member of fails management team ensure timely settlements of Euroclear market -Cash equity, Prime Brokerage and Stock loan trades.
• Managing daily work allocations based on resources available to ensure smooth BAU and ensure the processes adhere to all the benchmarks and cut-offs.
• Ensure to work on exchange trades on VD+2 and VD+3 and updating all VD+3 exchange trades in buy-in log (SharePoint) and buy-in notification to the respective counterparty.
• If buy-in got execute then need to book contra and close the trade manually and pass the buy-in cost to responsible counterparty.
• Closely monitor and action on priority trades like, Aged fails, High value trades, no fail client trades and ETF trades and resolve all stock and cash breaks.
• Preparing daily dashboard which gives the detailed insight of failing trades, reconciliation breaks, any issues/ outage faced during the day.

Key Responsibility as part of Transaction Service:

• Worked on instruments such as equities, short term and fixed income security.
• Processed Custody as well as accounting trade transaction received via Swift instruction.
• Processed Short-term trades manually also Electronic Trades.
• Responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity must report.
• Specialized in Resolving the trade errors with client or counter parties by fax or electronic mails.
• Monitoring mailbox and delivering requirement within ETA.
