• As Aircraft Dispatcher/Turn around coordinator with Qatar Aviation Services i ensured QR and Customer airlines handled as per Standard operating procedures .

• Ensured proper manpower coverage in line with operational requirement and made sure that coverage is maintained at all times.
• Did in-depth analysis of required manpower and crew coverage on ground operations during peak seasons and holidays and ensured plans are implemented in concurrence with management decision.
• Generated reports for monthly meetings.
• Involved and supported in finding a way out for reportees any roster related issue pops out.
• Ensured that Manpower planning KPI are met .

RAMP Handling of Air Arabia, Qatar Airways, GULF Air, Kuwait airways, Nas Air, Etihad Airways,
Srilankan Airlines, Spice Jet and chartered aircrafts Licensed for performing weight and
balancing {LOAD & TRIM} for Aircrafts Ramp handling of above said flights in coordination with
Load Control, check-in counters, BMA. Supervising the loading of aircrafts as per LIR issued by
load control Coordinating with BMA staff for smooth handling of RAMP Supervising all
equipment's and operators stationed in Ramp Allocation of reporting staff and Ramp Agents.
Laisoning with customer Airlines smooth handling and providing better service.

Full ground handling of international Airlines like Air Arabia, Qatar Airways, Oman air, Srilankan
Airlines, and domestic airline Deccan and also handling of chartered aircrafts. Ramp handling of
above said flights. Check-in/ticketing counters. Crew clearance Arrival handling MHB and PIR
handling.
