Led a team of 5 marketing associates to establish market linkages for high-value produce including ginger flakes, Khasi mandarin, black pepper, and Kew pineapples. Secured tie-ups with prominent buyers such as LuLu Group International and Everest Masala. - Design Hub Initiative for Craft Revitalisation:
Spearheaded the development and rollout of the Design Hub Initiative, targeting 10+ craft clusters across Meghalaya. This intervention aims to launch market-ready product lines while improving incomes and livelihoods for over 1,000 weavers and artisans.
