  • Product team member, steering the program called Forecast Automation (FA) for Chase. Target KPI is reduction of CCAR [ Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review] and Budget forecast cycle time unto 3 weeks across the firm for all Models and Non Models and automate the overlays and non standard processes into firm’s Python based platform including analytics
  • This program seeks to replace legacy database with CARI Hadoop database for sourcing the granular level data into best in class Python based calculator to integrate with analytics tool like Xceptor, Tableau with maximum self service functionalities and dashboarding benefits
  • This program targets to remove all excel and SAS based user tools to achieve seamless execution of budget and forecast
