During my work as an intern at Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital, I managed the reception and gave test reports and prescriptions

I advised patients on health and medicine, gave an idea of the test results, worked in different labs like bacteriology, serology, mycology, etc., reviewed patients' prescriptions in detail, and provided consultations, handling customers professionally. I learned about medicine products to respond to related customer queries. I performed different culture tests on various bacteria. I inspected preparations and provided reports. I worked with different staining processes directly from patients' body fluids. I extracted body fluids and blood from patients' veins and arteries. I shared knowledge with other students and colleagues on effective practices, competitive intelligence, for betterment, opportunities, and needs. I made follow-up calls with patients and closed all pending items. I identified and contacted critical cases to increase awareness among them.
