• Engineered an SQL-driven ETL pipeline to auto-extend expiring surcharges in a 120-150-day window.
• Built validation routines ensuring 100% accuracy of new expiry dates.
• Designed a Power BI dashboard, Complex DAX for renewal KPIs across Small, Large, Express, Ground & Freight segments.
• Row-level security and page-level security to restrict data visibility according to the organization hierarchy.
• Configured an automated email trigger in Power Automate to notify the sales team post data refresh with details of the Auto-extend Customer.
• Automated 75–80% of surcharge renewals, significantly boosting Sales team capacity and reducing manual workload.

2. Pricing Activity Metric Dashboard

• Architected a Power BI solution tracking submitted, completed & backlog agreements by customer size.
• Implemented daily/weekly/monthly data models, drill-through visuals & row-level security across OPCO’s.
• Crafted DAX-powered FTE utilization reports (CY vs PY) to optimize Strategic, Pricing & Automated teams.
