- Commissioning and maintenance of EOT crane, Cantilever crane and also ZIB crane
- Troubleshooting, maintenance & installation of Electrical variable frequency Drives makes (siemens MM-440, schneider ,Danfoss, vacon etc.) & soft stators likes siemens DCS 400 etc
- Establishing the redundancy between the two S7-400 PLC (master and slave) and download the program logic in S7-400,300,200 PLC
- Having good knowledge on Siemens PLC Logic modification in LADDER as for factory demand
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance of other instruments like (Level transmitter, level switch, flow transmitter, pressure transmitters, Thermocouple RTD, limit & proximity switches )etc
- Commissioning, testing and maintenance of all types MOV/ACTUATOR (motor operated Valve) & Pneumatic valve in local mode from LCS and auto mode form DCS control room
