Key Responsibilities as a Sr. Recruiter:

  • Screen candidate’s resume based on the job description, candidate's depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, behavioral attributes, job history, geography, ability to travel, and other relevant qualities.
  • Conducting preliminary interviews,telephonic interviews for the candidates, finalizing the recruitment process and compensation package along with reference /background verifications.

Other Initiatives: Along with the regular responsibilities of international hiring I am also involved in GET Global Training project where we hire trainers internationally and organize open - house training programs. We also successfully applied for ONGC training as third-party training providers.

Milestones Achieved: As a handler of Wire Services Service-line, made this service-line a constant performer by achieving monthly bench-pool targets on time (even over-achieved sometimes during active requirements).
