(CAMO) and Chief of Flight safety from July 06th 2019 to 9th April 2022 on the
Aircraft, Gulfstream G200 fitted with P&W PW306A and involved in following areas of work :
As Quality manager:-
Monitoring all CAR-M functions are being performed in accordance with the
approved procedures and ensuring that organization is in continued
compliance with the requirements of CAR-M.
Reviewing and amendment of CAME and Correspondence with DGCA with
respect to Quality matters.
Performing or Organize periodic Independent Quality Audit on Continuing
Airworthiness procedures in respect of each product line and inform findings
to responsible persons for corrective and preventive action through audit
report and Noncompliance forms
Ensuring that all corrective and preventive action complied for eliminating
non-compliance is satisfactory and meets the intended purpose.
Monitoring of sub-contracted activities
Review and implementation, of DGCA requirements with reference to
Continuing Airworthiness Management.
Perform audit on Maintenance facility with respect to the scope of the
contracted work and physical verification of aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
As Chief of Flight Safety:-
Advise management on methods to enhance Flight Safety and promote
efforts in prevention of incident/accident in Sobha Puravankara Aviation
Pvt. Ltd.
To oversee surveillance / internal audit and bring any deficiencies /
unsafe practices to the notice of Accountable Manager and concerned
Head of Departments.
To ensure that safety assurance measures in the air and on the Ground as
contained in the instructions/circulars, procedures and systems of respective
departments are enforced.
Facilitate safety audits.
As FSDS Nodal Officer ( from 6th July 2019 to SEP 2020) :-
Responsible to DGCA for managing the FSDS as per the guidelines
stipulated by the DGCA and reporting to Accountable Manager.
Keep all master copies of the Manuals/Documents centrally.
Maintain a Master Manual Register with details of Manuals, Revision
no, department responsible for revision and distribution.
Successfully completed On Job Training at INSTRUMENTS AVION, KOLKATA in Instrument Overhaul Workshop & in Electrical Overhaul Workshop.
