  • Complexity of the project: Coordination of over 100 different materials to be delivered at sites which are mostly in tier 4 or 5 cities, post which coordination with 5 different civil related labour vendors and 4 equipment vendors to get the material installed at site. Collection of document from each branch manager stating site completion. This was done for all 9,000 sites in a span of 8 months
  • 10% additional sites allotted by SBI over and above the initial order due to stellar performance by the team
