Planning of Learning Program Delivery:
Plan the learning program based on the category of programs and the defined process and procedures.
Partner with stakeholders to understand the learning objectives of every session planned and to be able to create necessary plan of action.
Ensure there is a clear plan of action documented for every program that is published in the calendar.
Create a checklist of all that needs to be done for the successful delivery of the program.
Ensure any risks / issues that are foreseen and highlighted and escalated appropriately.
Campus training programs: Global Market Institute 3 months training program
Co-ordination of the induction program of trainees – 40 trainees per batch, these batches include Expats and Indians
Management of Operations for their Soft skill trainings
Mapping out training plans, designing and developing training programs
Co-ordination of the technical trainings such as Data Engineering, JAVA, Python, Tableau, SQL and many more such trainings for 3 months of the trainees
Uploading the Assessment questions in LMS for the trainee batch
Co-ordination between the L&OD team and the BU
Address the concerns of the trainees and the faculty by organizing fortnightly pulse connects
Conducting calls with the BU on a weekly basis to report completion of the modules as per the TOC
Arranging necessary logistics
Team based sessions/ Instructor Led Trainings
Handling various BU training needs
Management of Operations for their Soft skill trainings
Management of Operations for their technical trainings
Interacting with vendors for sourcing the right trainers
Liaise with external learning organizations and internal stakeholders to ensure a suitable standard of learning, appropriate to the purpose and outcomes of the L&D strategy
Partner with IT, OS and other teams for ensuring all activities are completed before the learning session
Consolidate training needs
To schedule & coordinate all the trainings under the purview of Training team. Ensure accurate & timely update of training related data
Support while compiling the training need.
Provide support in preparing the training calendar
Publish the training calendar on monthly/Quarterly basis
Schedule training:
Check for trainer availability.
Arrange logistics like blocking rooms for training
Receive the nominations
Ensure timely completion of pre-training, during-training and post-training activities with the help of support person
Co-ordinate trainings:
Send invites and prepare for training
Collect attendance & feedback
Ensure that the quorum is present for all the trainings. If not, inform the respective training correspondents on the absenteeism
Provide local support for conducting VC sessions
Ensure learners are aware of the feedback process, the objectives of the session etc.
LMS Management:
Create sessions of the training
Enroll participants in the session
Mark attendance post completion of training based on the attendance sheet
Share the LMS feedback report with the concerned trainer
Working with Business Leaders and Senior Managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
Targeting large sized accounts for long term and strategic penetration
Assisting the employees with their Training programs.
Maintaining and updating database of all Learning sessions in various regions.
Developing and executing territory marketing and management plan to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Closing business consistently within the Franklin Covey guidelines developed for product and services mix and pricing
Networking on Social media to establish contact and liaise with HR Groups, Learning and Development and Coaching groups
Communicating internally with the Business heads, Managers for arranging face to face meetings with key decision makers of various organizations
Handling Training related activities, successful in developing and executing strategic plans, coordination of the Training programs to the clients
Maintaining clear and direct lines of communication throughout to meet client requirements as well internally with employees.
