  • Collect and compile key HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including HRIS system, interview records, exit interviews, personal record etc. Planning HR requirements with vertical heads and closing the leads within the given TAT. Maintain database for employees for hiring comparisons. Maintaining data for various analysis like attrition etc. Collaborate with finance & controlling teams for budget preparations and forecast.
  • Compensation & Benefits :-
  • Monitoring the organization’s Salary Structure & Benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting the retaining staff. Researching and analyzing the compensation & benefits offered by other employers in same sectors. Lead the Payroll team to Ensure calculation and payment of salary and benefits is in line with structure. Monitoring the payroll data for Statutory Liabilities / Payment such as PF, ESI, etc .
  • Grievance Handling
  • Employees Counseling and Grievance handling and play an active role in Culture building. Ensuring prompt resolution of employee’s grievance to maintain cordial relation between employee and employer and between employee and employee.
