• Visual inspection of Welds prior to NDE examinations
• Carry out the dimensioning of welds as per isometric drawing
• Ultrasonic examination of welds

• Ensuring Safety of Each Worker during the entire shift
• Verifying the calibration of the measuring instruments which are using
• Co-operate with client and client representatives to meet their specified quality requirements
• Ensure the requirement of codes, standards and specifications
• Identification and marking of defects on the items offered for inspection
• Preparation of visual inspection reports
• Experience in Semi submersible Drilling Rigs
• Worked with various international codes & standards
• Ultra-sonic testing for plates and piping and pipe line against various codes, standard hand specifications
• Dry penetrants testing for plate, weld joints casting forging by using solvent remover and water wash and fluorescent method (visible & Fluorescent)
• Magnetic particle testing of joint and parent method of plates and pipeline by using prod and magnetic yoke (AC & DC) AND BENCH unit with dry & wet particle fluorescent method (visible & fluorescent)
• Inspection of Welding, Pressure Valves, Power Boilers drums, Water Wall Panel as per ASME Standard
